Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince allows you to relive the action from the latest Harry Potter movie, with one important difference: here it is you who swings the wand.
In the game you learn new forms by demonstrating Harry Potter’s superior abilities of other students, and one duel after another trains both your reflexes and your magic potential.
Create magic potions with half-blood prince’s potions book that explodes or boils over with foul-smelling smoke, if you make mistakes. Or train you in the duel of magic to prepare for the final meeting with Voldemort. Mage sport Quidditch takes you also to participate in when you whip around on your magic diet to catch the golden lightning, a little thinking gold ball with wings. The individual challenges become more difficult, so you do not lose interest.
The game is graphically nice and easy to recognize the characters from the movie.
Much of the time the game goes running from one area to another. Here it is clearly a minus that you are not in possession of a map of the school where it takes place.
Fortunately, you can almost always get help from Nearly Headless Nick, Gryffindor-college ghost who shows like errant pupils way through the gigantic Hogwarts universe.
